近年来,我国深入贯彻落实了新课程改革,希望通过转变传统的教学模式及理念,促使我国人才的培养能够与时代的发展需求相适应。然而,现阶段我国的中小学音乐教学中,还存在部分与时代发展需求不相符的因素,如不合理的课程设置、滞后的教学模式和理念等。这种现象严重影响了我国音乐人才的培养,在这种情况下,本文从中小学音乐教学现状入手,对转变中小学音乐教学现状的途径展开了研究,希望对我国人才综合素质的提升奠定良好的基础。
In recent years, China has thoroughly implemented the new curriculum reform and hoped that by transforming the traditional teaching models and concepts, China will be able to adapt its personnel training to the development needs of the times. However, there are still some factors in primary and secondary school music teaching in our country that do not conform to the development needs of the times, such as unreasonable curriculum setup, lagging teaching mode and philosophy. This phenomenon has seriously affected the cultivation of music talents in our country. Under this circumstance, this paper starts with the current situation of music teaching in primary and secondary schools, and conducts a research on the ways to change the status quo of music teaching in primary and secondary schools, hoping to lay a good foundation for the improvement of comprehensive quality of talents basis.
