面对当前问题丛生的中国家庭教育现状,从家长、子女及亲子系统三方面入手进行原因分析。指出家长角色认知不足,定位失当,缺乏自我修炼意识,缺乏科学理性分析,缺乏内外一致言传身教示范,是导致家庭教育低效能的主要原因。初中生自身习惯养成不当及青春期的身心激变引发的矛盾现状影响亲子关系造成低效能是内在原因。而亲子系统对于成功的过度关注、以偏概全,导致了家庭教育方向失当、价值失调是不可忽视的原因;与此相反,亲子系统过度放松、顺其自然,导致家庭教育缺位、酿成社会问题是尤其可悲的原因。
Faced with the current problems in the family education in China, we analyzed the reasons from three aspects: parents, children and parent-child system. Pointing out the lack of awareness of parents’ roles, misplacing their positions, lack of awareness of self-cultivation, lack of scientific and rational analysis, and lack of demonstrations both inside and outside the school, is the main reason for the inefficiency of family education. Junior high school students develop their own habits improper and adolescent physical and psychological changes caused by the conflict status quo affect the parent-child relationship is the underlying cause. On the contrary, the parent-child system over-relaxation, let it be natural, leading to the absence of family education, resulting in the failure of family education, leading to mismanagement of family education, value imbalance can not be ignored reason; Social issues are particularly sad reasons.
