Gross,D.
The normal T wave is a positive asymptotic waveform of ascending extremities and rapid descent of extremities. As for the abnormal T wave there are many forms, usually T wave top blunt, dome, on the limbs, down the limb or the top of the concave, two-way, inversion, symmetry and abnormal towering and so on. However, there is no accurate normal standard for the positive T wave without the above abnormal morphology. Gross, D. has discussed the clinical significance of the relationship between the R wave and the T wave of the standard lead, but there is still a lack of literature in this regard. Therefore, in order to further clarify the clinical significance of the relationship between R wave and T wave of standard lead electrocardiogram, we collected the normal 100 cases and the electrocardiogram of 40 cases of heart disease in the second affiliated hospital of Zhejiang Medical College A comparison to explore the differences and clinical significance. It is reported below for reference.
