目的观察CO_2激光联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣的有效性和安全性。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月,扁平疣患者120例,采用随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者62例,采用超脉冲CO_2激光治疗联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗;对照组患者58例,单纯采用超脉冲CO_2激光治疗,治疗结束后连续3个月观察两组患者的临床疗效与复发情况并比较分析。结果治疗组患者的总有效率高于对照组,两组总有效率间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者复发率为3.63%,而对照组患者复发率为18.60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CO_2激光联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣可以提高临床疗效,安全性高、不良反应轻微、复发率低,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of CO_2 laser combined with 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of flat warts. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 120 cases of flat warts were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Sixty-two patients in the treatment group were treated with ultra-pulsed CO 2 laser combined with 5% imiquimod cream. Fifty-eight patients in the control group were treated with ultra-pulsed CO 2 laser only. Conclusion CO_2 laser combined with 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of flat warts can improve clinical efficacy, high safety, mild adverse reactions, low recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
