改革开放以来,我国经济得到了全面发展,尤其是在企业当中,人们越来越重视战略性人力资源管理对企业能效的促进作用。一般来说,企业要发展离不开人才,因此人力资源是促进企业发展的重要因素。随着人们对人力资源的重视,如何通过战略性人力资源的管理模式来促进企业的发展就成为企业研究的方向。基于此,分析战略性人力资源管理对组织效能的影响,总结战略性人力资源管理和组织效能之间的关系,以期为相关单位提供一定帮助。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has been fully developed, especially in enterprises, people pay more and more attention to strategic human resource management to promote the efficiency of enterprises. In general, the development of enterprises is inseparable from the talent, so human resources is an important factor to promote the development of enterprises. As people pay more attention to human resources, how to promote the development of enterprises through the management mode of strategic human resources becomes the research direction of enterprises. Based on this, the paper analyzes the impact of strategic human resource management on organizational effectiveness, and summarizes the relationship between strategic human resource management and organizational effectiveness, with a view to providing some help to related units.
