用X线、香烟烟雾、汽油燃烧的废气等在体外直接损伤人体红细胞,再用古汉养生精作为红细胞修复损伤的药物,同时测定红细胞损伤前、后及修复后的红细胞变形能力(RCD)。结果对照组RCD(用滤过指数IF表示)IF0.19±0.08,经X线照射组IF0.32±0.1;加香烟烟雾组IF0.29±0.11;加汽油燃烧废气组IF0.34±0.12均比对照组增高,差别极显著(P<0.01)。经加入古汉养生精对损伤后各组进行修复,结果X线组IF0.19±0.1;烟雾组IF0.20±0.07;废气组IF0.21±0.08均与对照组差别不显著(P>0.05)。10例肝硬化患者服药前IF0.34±0.13,服药后IF0.23±0.1,差别显著(P<0.01)。
X-rays, cigarette smoke, and gasoline-burned exhaust gases are used to directly damage human erythrocytes in vitro, and then ancient Han essence is used as a red blood cell repair injury drug. Red blood cell deformability (RCD) before, after, and after repair of red blood cells is measured. Results The control group RCD (indicated by the filtration index IF) IF 0.19 ± 0.08, by the X-ray irradiation group IF0.32 ± 0.1; add cigarette smoke group IF0.29 ± 0.11; plus gasoline combustion gas group IF 0.34±0.12 was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was extremely significant (P<0.01). All the groups were repaired by adding ancient Han health essence. The results were X-ray group IF 0.19±0.1; smoke group IF0.20±0.07; exhaust group IF0.21±0.08 were different from the control group. Not significant (P>0.05). In 10 patients with cirrhosis, IF 0.34±0.13 before treatment and IF 0.23±0.1 after administration were significantly different (P<0.01).
