目的研究Cyr61、VEGF的表达在卵巢上皮癌发生发展中的作用及临床意义。方法搜集哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院40例卵巢上皮癌组织及10例正常卵巢组织。所有病人术前皆未接受放化疗。采用免疫组化法检测上述组织中Cyr61、VEGF的表达,比较其表达与卵巢上皮癌临床特征的关系。结果 (1)Cyr61在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达率80%(32/40)明显高于正常对照组织中的20%(2/10),P<0.01;(2)Cyr61的表达与卵巢上皮癌的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);(3)VEGF在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达率72.5%(29/40)明显高于正常对照组织中的30%(3/10),二者之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 (1)Cyr61在卵巢上皮癌中呈高表达,且标记癌组织的敏感性高,有望成为一种新的卵巢上皮癌标记物;Cyr61的表达与卵巢上皮癌的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关,提示它可能参与卵巢上皮癌的演进,或许可作为卵巢上皮癌生物治疗作用的新靶点;(2)Cyr61与VEGF表达相关,表明两者在调控血管生成的过程中存在协同效应,提示Cyr61通过调节VEGF表达的途径影响肿瘤血管生成。
Objective To study the role and clinical significance of the expression of Cyr61 and VEGF in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods Forty cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were collected. All patients received radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Cyr61 and VEGF in the above tissues. The relationship between the expression of Cyr61 and VEGF and the clinical features of ovarian epithelial carcinoma was analyzed. Results (1) The expression of Cyr61 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue was 80% (32/40), which was significantly higher than that in normal control tissues (2/10), P <0.01. (2) (P <0.05). (3) The expression of VEGF in epithelial ovarian cancer was 72.5% (29/40), which was significantly higher than that in normal control tissues (3 / 10), the difference between the two was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion (1) Cyr61 is overexpressed in epithelial ovarian cancer, and its sensitivity is high, it is expected to be a new marker of epithelial ovarian cancer. The expression of Cyr61 is associated with the differentiation, clinical stage, lymph node Metastasis, suggesting that it may participate in the evolution of epithelial ovarian cancer may be a new target of biological treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer; (2) Cyr61 and VEGF expression, indicating that both in the process of regulation of angiogenesis synergistic effect, It is suggested that Cyr61 affects tumor angiogenesis by regulating the expression of VEGF.
