利用自行设计的单辊剪切 /冷却 (SCR)试验机对LY11合金进行了半固态凝固实验 ,研究了工艺条件对LY11半固态合金组织的影响。结果表明 ,辊 靴间隙宽度的适当范围为 2~ 3mm ;浇注温度影响半固态合金坯料内部晶粒的大小与形状 ,浇注温度在 730~ 75 0℃范围内 ,可获得细小、均匀球状或椭球状晶粒组织 ;冷却方式会影响半固态合金坯料晶粒的大小与分布 ,水冷制得的合金晶粒尺寸比空冷的小 2~ 3个级别 ,而空冷制得半固态合金坯料的晶粒分布较为均匀
The semi-solidification experiment of LY11 alloy was carried out by using a self-designed single-roller shear / cooling (SCR) testing machine, and the effect of technological conditions on the microstructure of LY11 semi-solid alloy was studied.
