目的研究引入定向运动的体育与健康新课程对急救专业学生生理机能的影响,探求培养急救人才的不同途径。方法以参加定向运动体育教学的60名急救专业学生为实验组,以仍参加传统模式体育教学的55名临床医学专业学生为对照组,两组学生每周一、三、五各参加一次持续90 min的不同模式体育课,连续一学期(19周),其他学科课时安排照旧。在实验前后分别测试两组学生身体素质、体能及抢救技能等相关指标,并进行统计学分析。结果在实验前后比较,实验组的台阶指数、原地纵跳、施行一次心肺复苏术时间等各项指标差异有统计学意义(t=-9.564、-0.933、-7.046,P<0.05);对照组的各项指标在实验后虽然都有一定程度的提高,但与实验前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验后,除体质指数、左臂肌肉量外,全身肌肉量其余各指标在两组间比较,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.436、2.323、2.356、2.273、1.987,P<0.05);台阶指数、原地纵跳等体能指数及施行一次心脏复苏术时间等指标,实验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.603、2.085、6.241,P<0.05、0.01)。结论定向运动对急救专业学生职业技能的提高能起到一定的帮助作用,有较好的理论意义和应用价值。
Objective To study the impact of the new curriculum of physical education and health with orienteering on the physiology and function of first aid students and explore different ways to cultivate first aid talents. Methods A total of 60 first-aid students who participated in directional sports physical education as experimental group and 55 clinical students who still participated in the traditional model physical education as control group. Two groups of students took part in each of the first, third and fifth week for 90 min The different modes of physical education, a semester (19 weeks), other subjects arranged as usual hours. Before and after the experiment were tested two groups of students physical fitness, physical and rescue skills and other related indicators, and statistical analysis. Results Before and after the experiment, there were significant differences between the experimental group in step index, vertical jump and time of CPR (t = -9.564, -0.933, -7.046, P <0.05) Although all the indexes in the group improved to a certain extent after the experiment, there was no significant difference between before and after the experiment (P> 0.05). After the experiment, in addition to body mass index, left arm muscle mass, body mass of the rest of the indicators between the two groups, the experimental group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t = -2.436,2.323,2.356,2.273,1.987 (T = 6.603,2.085,6.241, P <0.05). The indexes such as step index, vertical jump and so on, physical examination index and time of cardiac resuscitation were all better in the experimental group than those in the control group (t = 6.603,2.085,6.241, P < 0.05, 0.01). Conclusion Orienteering can play a helpful role in improving the vocational skills of first aid students, which has good theoretical and practical value.
