研究不同热处理温度和热处理时间对聚丙烯结晶度和力学性能的影响,研究结果表明:随热处理温度提高,结晶度呈上升趋势,随热处理时间延长,结晶度增加并趋于稳定,但过长的热处理时间对结晶度的增加没有太大的作用;热处理温度的提高及热处理时间延长会使冲击强度下降,使断裂伸长率下降,拉伸强度、屈服强度和弹性模量提高。
The effects of different heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time on the crystallinity and mechanical properties of polypropylene were studied. The results show that the crystallinity increases with the increase of heat treatment temperature. With the prolongation of heat treatment, the crystallinity increases and tends to be stable. However, Heat treatment time on the increase of crystallinity is not much effect; heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time will impact strength decreased, so that the elongation at break down, tensile strength, yield strength and elastic modulus increased.
