本文通过模拟试验及生产试验对30Cr1MolV钢高-低压联合转子的热处理方案进行了分析研究,着重了解淬火温度、回火温度以及冷却方式对30CrlMolV钢冲击韧性及FATT的影响。尤其是在不同冷却方式下对转子力学性能的影响进行了细致的生产试验,并初步确定了最佳的工艺方案。
In this paper, heat treatment scheme of 30Cr1MolV steel high-low pressure combined rotor was analyzed through simulation test and production test. The impact of quenching temperature, tempering temperature and cooling method on impact toughness and FATT of 30CrlMolV steel were mainly studied. Especially in different cooling mode on the mechanical properties of the rotor carried out a detailed production test, and initially identified the best process options.
