目的：比较重建钢板与克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法选取于2011年10月~2015年3月我院收治的50例锁骨骨折患者，分别用重建钢板与克氏针内固定治疗。结果钢板组25例患者中疗效优者16例，良者6例，差者3例，优良率为88%；克氏针组25例患者中疗效优者10例，良者7例，差者8例，优良率为76%，两组优良率比较，差异有显著性（0.05）。结论与克氏针内固定术比较，重建钢板内固定术治疗锁骨骨折疗效显著，而且还不会增加住院时间和术后康复时间。“,”Objective Compare the different curative effects of internal fixation for fracture of clavicle by construction plate with by kirschner wire. Methods To choose 50 cases of fracture of clavicle in our hospital from October,2011 to March,2015,which had internal fixation by construction plate and by kirschner wire.Results In reconstruction plate group,16 cases were top quality,6 cases were medium,3 cases were poor,top quality rate was 88%.In kirschner wire group,10 cases were top quality,7 cases were medium,8 cases were poor,top quality rate was 76%.There was significant difference in top quality rate between two groups( 0.05).Conclusion Comparing with kirschner wire,reconstruction plate has better curative effect for fracture of clavicle,without prolonging the length of stay and recover time after surgery.
