目的探讨北五味子木脂素(Schisandra Chinensis baill lignans,SCL)对D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响,为开发辅助改善记忆功能保健食品提供依据。方法 ICR小鼠随机分为5组,即正常对照组(生理盐水皮下注射,蒸馏水灌胃)、衰老模型组(D-半乳糖皮下注射,蒸馏水灌胃)、SCL低(D-半乳糖皮下注射,SCL35m g/kg灌胃)、SCL中(D-半乳糖皮下注射,SCL70 mg/kg灌胃)、SCL高(D-半乳糖皮下注射,SCL 140 mg/kg灌胃)剂量组。连续给药10周。通过棒状疲劳仪及力竭游泳实验观察小鼠耐疲劳能力。结果 SCL中、高剂量组均能够明显提高D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠转棒潜伏期及负重游泳时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SCL能够提高D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠抗疲劳能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of Schisandra Chinensis baill lignans (SCL) on the anti-fatigue ability of aging mice induced by D-galactose and to provide basis for the development of health food supplements for improving memory function. Methods ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group (subcutaneously injected with normal saline and distilled water), aged model group (subcutaneously injected with D-galactose and distilled water), SCL low (subcutaneously injected with D-galactose , SCL 35m g / kg), SCL (D-galactose injected subcutaneously, SCL 70 mg / kg) and SCL high dose (D-galactose injected SCL 140 mg / kg). Continuous administration for 10 weeks. The fatigue resistance of mice was observed by rod-shaped fatigue test and exhaustive swimming test. Results Both middle-dose and high-dose SCL could significantly improve the latency and weight-bearing swimming time of D-galactose-induced senile mice. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion SCL can improve the anti-fatigue ability of aging mice induced by D-galactose.
