张仲秋研究员简介:张仲秋,男,1940年9月出生于北京,研究生导师。1.学历及技术职务1957-1962年,北京钢铁学院(现北京科技大学)冶金系钢铁冶金专业学习。1962年毕业后到沈阳铸造研究所工作。1962-1985年,沈阳铸造研究所工程师。1986-2006年,沈阳铸造研究所高级工程师、研究员。其间,1979-1980年到厦门大学英语进修班学习;1994-1995年赴美国,为密苏里-罗拉大学冶金系访问教授。1988-2000年,沈阳铸造研究所副总工程师。1989-1996年,联合国开发计划署项目主任。1992-1996年,铸钢AOD示范中心总工程师。2.主持过的技术项目1972-1982年,葛洲坝电站大型水轮机转轮铸造马氏体不锈钢材料与工艺研究(国家三三0工程重大项目)。1982-1986年,改进和提高电站叶片材料性能研究;低碳马氏体不锈钢氢脆与断裂韧性研究(“六五”国家重大科技攻关项目)。1986-1991年,低碳马氏体不锈铜物理强化工艺研究(“七五”国家重大科技攻关项目)。1989-1996年,铸钢AOD精炼技术工业服务(联合国102万美元援助项目)。1996-2000年,纯净铸钢及其精炼工艺研究(“九五”国家科技成果重点推广项目)。2001-2003年,纯净高屈强比铸造不锈钢材料与工程应用研究(国家科技发展基金项目)。2001-2005年,三峡水轮机转轮可靠性与防裂纹评估(“十五”国家重大技术装备和国产化项目)。2003-2005年,大型水轮机转轮用高屈强比高韧性铸造不锈钢研究(国家863计划项目)。发表论文30余篇,培养研究生10余名。3.获奖及荣誉1985-1994年,国家科技进步特等奖1项;省、部科技进步二等奖3项;市、院级成果奖多项。1991年,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。1994年,国家级有突出贡献中青年科技专家。1997年,机械工业部科技进步一等奖1项。4.社会兼职1985-2002年,沈阳市政协委员、常委。全国铸造学会学术委员会副主任委员。全国铸造学会铸钢及熔炼技术委员会副主任委员。
