目的:采用电喷雾电离-串联质谱快速分析黄连解毒汤的化学成分。方法:采用煎煮法对黄连解毒汤进行成分提取,所得提取液通过电喷雾电离-串联质谱技术分析其中的化学成分。由电喷雾电离-串联质谱得到各成分的分子量,再由串联质谱获得进一步的结构信息,进而推测鉴定出各化学成分的可能结构。结果:采用电喷雾电离-串联质谱鉴定了黄连解毒汤中15个主要成分的结构,其中有机酸类4个,环烯醚萜类2个,黄酮类4个,生物碱5个。结论:该研究为阐明黄连解毒汤的化学物质基础提供了依据。
Objective: To rapidly analyze the chemical constituents of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction by electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods: The components of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction were extracted by decocting method, and the chemical constituents were analyzed by electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry. The molecular weight of each component was obtained by electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry, and further structure information was obtained by tandem mass spectrometry, and then the possible structure of each chemical component was speculated. Results: The structure of 15 major components in Huanglian Jiedu Decoction was identified by electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry. Among them, there were 4 organic acids, 2 iridoids, 4 flavonoids and 5 alkaloids. Conclusion: This study provides the basis for elucidating the chemical basis of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction.
