目的:观察血液透析对尿毒症患者体内炎症及氧化应激水平的作用效果。方法:随机将我院收治的20例尿毒症患者作为观察组,和非尿毒症患者20例作为对照组,通过对比观察组透析前后,患者的白细胞介素(IL一6)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标,评价血液透析对尿毒症患者的治疗作用。结果:纵向比较,观察组患者治疗前后的各项身体指标差异大,患者病情逐渐好转,P<0.05;横向比较,观察组患者接受透析治疗干预后,虽然Hcy、IL一6、MDA水平明显下降,血清CRP水平升高,但与对照组患者的各项指标水平差别依然较大,P<0.05,有统计学意义,具有可比性。结论:血液透析能够降低尿毒症患者体内炎症和氧化应激水平,提高CRP水平,促进肾功能恢复,同时还能清除一定的MDA、Hcy及IL一6,治疗效果明显,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe the effect of hemodialysis on inflammation and oxidative stress in uremic patients. Methods: Twenty patients with uremia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and 20 cases of non-uremic patients as control group. The levels of interleukin (IL-6), homocysteine (Hcy), malondialdehyde (MDA) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were measured to evaluate the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis on patients with uremia. Results: In the longitudinal comparison, the physical indexes before and after treatment in the observation group were significantly different, and the patient’s condition gradually improved (P <0.05). In the lateral comparison, the Hcy, IL-6 and MDA levels in the observation group were significantly decreased after dialysis treatment intervention , Serum CRP levels increased, but with the control group of patients with the indicators of the difference is still significant, P <0.05, statistically significant, comparable. Conclusion: Hemodialysis can reduce the levels of inflammation and oxidative stress in uremic patients, improve CRP level and promote the recovery of renal function. Meanwhile, hemodialysis can also clear some of MDA, Hcy and IL-6, which is worthy of clinical application.
