以湖南邵阳地区的山银花为材料,采用SFE-CO2法萃取,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析萃取物,用面积归一化法测定了各萃取成分成分的百分含量,并比较了不同萃取参数对萃取成分测定的影响。结果表明:湖南邵阳地区山银花的萃取产物中共分离鉴定出44种组分,其中含量超过1%的组分占17种,以二十九烷的含量最高,达27.6%,而挥发油成分中棕榈酸的比例最高,含量占总萃取物含量10.2%。湖南邵阳地区山银花的油类物质含量高于国内其他地区,且首次发现山银花SFE-CO2萃取物中含有维生素E。SFE-CO2法不同参数下所得萃取物组成成分的含量差异较小,萃取温度和压力对测定萃取物成分影响不大。
