通过对比试验研究了热等静压对ZLSi7Cu2Mg合金阶梯型铸件的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:热等静压可有效地消除铸件内部的缩松、缩孔缺陷,并可以将铸件中的气孔在一定程度上压实或压小;热等静压后,ZLSi7Cu2Mg合金铸件的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率都有一定程度的提高;热等静压处理状态与原始状态合金的拉伸断口形貌特征基本相同,断口都存在大量韧窝和撕裂棱,皆为典型的韧性断裂。
The effects of hot isostatic pressing on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZLSi7Cu2Mg alloy stepped castings were studied by comparative tests. The results show that the hot isostatic pressing can effectively eliminate the shrinkage and shrinkage defects in the castings and can reduce the pores in the castings to a certain extent. After hot isostatic pressing, the tensile strength of the ZLSi7Cu2Mg alloy castings Strength, yield strength and elongation all increased to a certain degree. The hot-isostatic pressing and the tensile state of the original alloy were basically the same, with a large number of dimples and tear edges in the fracture, all of which were typical toughness fracture.
