徐明稚,男,1951年9月生于上海,1969年3月参加工作。1978～1982年在复旦大学工业经济专业学习。1985～1987年在美国阿拉巴马州立大学攻读工商管理硕士研究生。1987～2001年,历任复旦大学财务处副处长、处长、校长助理、副校长等职。2001年6月任东华大学校长。1995年获财政部授予的“全国先进会计工作者”称号,1996年获国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴,1999年主持完成的《建立全国事业单位新型会计体系及政策研究》国家自然科学基金项目获教育部科技进步一等奖。2003年获“全国留学回国人员先进个人”称号。
Xu Mingqi, male, born in Shanghai in September 1951, took part in the work in March 1969. 1978 ~ 1982 in Fudan University, majoring in industrial economics. 1985-1987 MBA student at Alabama State University. From 1987 to 2001, he served successively as Deputy Director, Division Chief, Assistant President and Vice President of Financial Department of Fudan University. 2001 June Donghua University president. The title of “National Advanced Accounting Worker” awarded by the Ministry of Finance in 1995, the special government allowance issued by the State Council in 1996, and the project of “Establishing a New Accounting System and Policy for National Institutions in 1999” under the auspices of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Ministry of Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2003 by the “national study of advanced individuals” title.
