[目的]合成系列新化合物,寻找高生物活性分子。[方法]通过活性亚结构拼接方法,将马来酰肼结构引入吡唑酰胺类杀虫剂中,合成含苯甲酰肼的吡唑酰胺类化合物。[结果]通过~1H NMR、LC-MS和元素分析手段确定了结构。生测结果表明:化合物6d在质量浓度为1 mg/L时对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)的致死率为85.6%,化合物6b、6d在5 mg/L时对棉铃虫[Helicoverpa armigera(Hubner)]的致死率均高于对照药剂。[结论]筛选出的高活性化合物具有继续开发的潜力。
[Objective] To synthesize new series of compounds and search for high bioactive molecules. [Method] The maleic hydrazide structure was introduced into pyrazole amide insecticides by the method of active substructure splicing to synthesize pyrazole amide compounds containing benzoylhydrazide. [Result] The structure was confirmed by ~ 1H NMR, LC-MS and elemental analysis. The results of bioassay showed that the lethality of compound 6d to Plutella xylostella was 85.6% when the mass concentration was 1 mg / L, and the Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) The lethal rate is higher than the control agent. [Conclusion] The screened high activity compounds have the potential for further development.
