在企业的人力资源管理中,绩效考核是最难的一件事情,由于考核数据难以获取、考核指标难以量化、考核过程难以监督等难点,影响了企业绩效考核结果的准确性,从而逐渐使绩效考核成为一项鸡肋式的工作。而这些难题在对技术人才的考核中表现得尤为明显,针对这种情况,本文提出用能力素质模型的方式来弥补绩效考核中存在的不足,通过适岗度的评价来确定技术人才是否符合本岗位要求,从而也为技术人才的薪酬确定、岗位晋升、培训发展等工作提供明确的依据。
