为了得到降尘水幕帘对巷道风流的影响规律,确定其最优降尘参数,设计了模拟井下巷道通风及水幕帘降尘实验平台.采用正交实验法,研究了纱网网格、喷嘴类型、喷嘴与纱网布置位置等参数对巷道风速和降尘效果的影响.结果表明:纱网网格为2mm×2mm时,水幕帘对巷道风流阻碍作用较大,纱网网格为4mm×4mm时,降尘效果欠佳,最佳纱网网格为3mm×3mm,此时全尘降尘效率达到83.95%,呼尘降尘效率达到73.45%.同时气水雾化喷嘴降尘效果优于中压水喷嘴,喷嘴靠近纱网的布置方式优于纱网布置在喷嘴下风向一段距离.
