目的测定水体中痕量防治白蚁药物联苯菊酯、溴氰菊酯残留量。方法超声辅助-表面活性剂-分散液相微萃取技术,通过对超声时间及温度、萃取剂种类及用量、表面活性剂种类及用量等实验条件进行优化,并在优化的实验条件下采用外标法定量分析。结果联苯菊酯、溴氰菊酯线性相关系数分别为0.997 2和0.998 1,方法的线性范围为0~200和0~500μg/L,检出限0.2和0.1μg/L,富集倍数为89和110倍,采用此方法对徐州市区云龙湖水、实验室自来水中的两种药物进行添加回收实验,在50、150μg/L两个浓度水平下,添加回收率为92.0%~106.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.35%~6.34%,检出浓度符合国家标准。结论方法富集倍数高,回收率和重现性好,有机溶剂使用量少,简便、快速。
Objective To determine the trace amount of bifenthrin and deltamethrin for controlling termiticide in water. Methods Ultrasound-assisted surfactant-dispersive liquid phase microextraction (SPE-SPME) was used to optimize the conditions of ultrasonic time and temperature, the type and amount of extractant, the type and dosage of surfactant, and the optimum conditions were optimized by external standard Law quantitative analysis. Results The linear correlation coefficients of bifenthrin and deltamethrin were 0.997 2 and 0.998 1, respectively. The linear range was 0-200 and 0-500 μg / L with the detection limits of 0.2 and 0.1 μg / L, respectively. The enrichment factor was 89 and 110 times, respectively. By using this method, the recovery experiments of two drugs in Yunlong Lake and laboratory tap water in Xuzhou were carried out. The recoveries were 92.0% ~ 106.7% at the two levels of 50 and 150μg / L, The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 1.35% to 6.34%. The detected concentrations accord with the national standards. Conclusion The method has high enrichment factor, good recovery and reproducibility, less use of organic solvents, simple and rapid.
