目的 研究八厘麻毒素 (Rh)对离体兔心脏电生理参数的影响。方法 使用Langendorff离体兔心脏灌流模型 ,观察并记录用含Rh浓度为 0 34μmol·L-1和 0 6 8μmol·L-1的K H灌注液灌注兔心脏时 ,其对心脏电生理参数的影响。结果 用含Rh浓度为 0 34μmol·L-1的K H灌注液行Langendorff灌注 ,ARRP和AERP明显延长 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;转用含Rh浓度为 0 6 8μmol·L-1的K H灌注液行Langendorff灌注 ,ADT ,VDT均明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,且ARRP ,AERP ,VRRP和VERP均明显延长 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 Rh能直接作用于心肌 ,升高心房和心室舒张期阈值并延长心房、心室不应期
Objective To study the effects of eight centipenes (Rh) on electrophysiological parameters in isolated rabbit hearts. Methods The Langendorff rabbit heart perfusion model was used to observe and record the effects of perfusion of rabbit heart with KH perfusate containing 0 34 μmol·L-1 Rh and 0 6 8 μmol·L-1 Rh on cardiac electrophysiological parameters. Results Langendorff perfusion with KH perfusion fluid containing Rh at a concentration of 0 34 μmol·L-1 resulted in significantly longer ARRP and AERP (P <0.05, P <0.01) (P <0.01, P <0.01), ARRP, AERP, VRRP and VERP were significantly prolonged (P <0 05, P <0 0 1). Conclusion Rh can act directly on the myocardium, increase the atrial and ventricular diastolic threshold and prolong the atrial and ventricular refractory period
