单家寺稠油油田处于东营凹陷与滨县凸起之间的过渡带,油田呈长条状,分东、西两区,包括单2块、单10块、单6块、单56块、单83块,主要含油层系为馆陶组、东营组、沙一段和沙三段四套含油层系。含油面积18.34km~2,地质储量8413万吨,动用储量7010万吨。随着稠油老区的递减逐年加大,稠油产量在经历了九十年代的辉煌后,产量逐年下降。近年来,采油矿紧紧依靠科技攻关与技术创新,积极探索和完善以蒸汽吞吐为主要手段、适合三矿稠油特点的配套工艺技术,在难动用储量开发、提高稠油油田采收率等方面取得了一定的成绩,稠油产量得到迅速上升,年产量稳定在50万吨以上。稠油稳产增产的主要措施:
