利用离子色谱结合紫外检测的方法分析了p-甲苯磺酸根离子液体阴离子。样品经处理后,采用季铵型阴离子交换柱分离,紫外检测器检测。考察了检测波长及流动相组成等对离子保留和分离的影响,优化了色谱条件,并讨论了保留规律。在220 nm检测波长下,以1.0 mmol/L柠檬酸-体积分数15%乙腈(pH 5.0)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温40℃,p-甲苯磺酸根可以较好的分离测定,且常见无机阴离子(Cl-,NO3-)不干扰测定。在0.1~50 mg/L范围内,线性回归方程的相关系数为0.9992。检出限(S/N=3)为30μg/L,峰面积的相对标准偏差在1%以下。将此方法应用于合成的p-甲苯磺酸根离子液体样品,加标回收率为101%。
The anion of p-toluenesulfonate ionic liquid was analyzed by ion chromatography combined with ultraviolet detection. After the sample is treated, it is separated by a quaternary ammonium anion exchange column and detected by a UV detector. The effects of detection wavelength and mobile phase composition on ion retention and separation were investigated.
