矽肺合并胶原性疾病文献早有报道,目前已引起人们的重视。并认为二者互为促进使病情迅速恶化,临床治疗极为困难。我们收集一例矽肺合并硬皮症今作一简要报道,以提高对两者间关系的认识。病史摘要死者,男,46岁,已婚,浙江江山人。风钻工6年1月(1958年7月～1964年8月),干式作业,无个人防护。
Silicosis with collagen disease has long been reported in the literature, has attracted people’s attention. And that both promote each other to make the rapid deterioration of the condition, clinical treatment is extremely difficult. We collected a case of silicosis with sclerosis now a brief report to enhance the understanding of the relationship between the two. History of the dead, male, 46 years old, married, Zhejiang Jiangshan. Wind drill 6 January (1958 July ~ 1964 August), dry operation, no personal protection.
