田间试验氮、钾肥料组合施用于饼干小麦(皖麦18号)的植株各部分干物质和养分含量,应用多项式回归分析方法,阐述氮、钾肥料提高麦粒产量和降低其干物质含N量的植物营养生理效应。氮肥增加麦粒产量及其磷钾含量;钾肥使藁秆大量增加,植株干物质和养分尤其是N和K2O转化到麦粒的比率显著减少,从而使麦粒N%下降,这个作用随N用量增加而增强。根据多项式回归方程的推算,N用207.6kg/hm2和K2O100.8kg/hm2配合施用的麦粒干物质产量为7221kg/hm2,二种肥料的利用率分别是62.4%和55.6%,面粉(粗)蛋白质%(干)和湿面筋%分别是10.1和22.8,拉伸仪测定的拉力比值R5/E为1.80。
