在准三维气动设计的基础上,提出一种基于立方样条曲线直接定义叶型中弧线二阶导数的方法构建二维叶型,根据相应的积叠参数对叶型进行积叠获得三维叶片的叶片成型方法,并开发了相应的三维叶片几何成型系统程序.研究结果表明:该叶片成型系统能够充分保证几何参数的光滑性,这在高负荷压气机设计中对于提高级负荷水平、控制激波结构与激波损失、控制角区二次流损失、拓展压气机失速裕度等方面具有诸多优势.“,”On the basis of quasi-3D aerodynamic design,a method that the second order derivative of the camber line for the airfoil is directly defined based on the cubic spline curve is proposed.The 3D blade is generated according to the stacking parameters of blade,and the corresponding three-dimensional blade geometry building system program is developed.The results indicates that the blade generating system can fully guarantee the smoothness of geometrical parameters for blade,which is beneficial to improve the aerodynamic load for highly-loaded compressor stage,to skillfully control shock wave shape and decrease its loss as well as diminish secondary flow in the endwall corner area,thus effectively expand stall margin for compressor.
