目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定抗眩晕颗粒中盐酸川芎嗪和阿魏酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为AGTC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-乙腈-1%冰乙酸(1∶1∶5);检测波长280 nm;流速0.8 mL.min-1;柱温25℃。结果:盐酸川芎嗪在0.002 4~6.900 0μg线性良好,r=0.999 8;阿魏酸在2.040 0~58.650 0μg线性良好,r=0.999 0;盐酸川芎嗪平均回收率98.75%,RSD 1.12%;阿魏酸平均回收率98.45%,RSD 0.62%。结论:高效液相法可靠、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可用于该制剂质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ligustrazine and ferulic acid in anti-dizziness particles. METHODS: The column was AGTC18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid (1: 1: 5), the detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 0.8 mL.min-1. 25 ° C. Results: Tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride had a good linearity at 0.002 4 ~ 6.900 0 μg, r = 0.999 8; ferulic acid showed a good linearity at 2.040 0 ~ 58.650 0 μg, r = 0.999 0; the average recoveries of ligustrazine hydrochloride were 98.75% and RSD 1.12% The average recovery rate was 98.45%, RSD 0.62%. Conclusion: HPLC method is reliable, accurate, specific and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
