本文采用炭凝集法,对稻田优势种蜘蛛拟环纹豹蛛(Pardosa psevdoan(?)ta),拟水狼蛛(Pirata subpiraticus)和食虫沟瘤蛛(Ummeliata insecticeps)控制稻飞虱(Sogatella furcifere and Nilaparavata iugens)和中华稻蝗(Oxya chinesis)能力进行了监测。并用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳验证。结果两种方法的灵敏度高达91.79%和92.77%。炭凝集法要求抗原纯度高,其监测方法快速、准确率高,可供推广部门应用。
In this paper, Pardosa psevdoan (?) Ta, Pirata subpiraticus and Ummeliata insecticeps were used to control planthoppers (Sogatella furcifere and Nilaparavata iugens and Oxya chinesis were monitored. And confirmed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results The sensitivity of the two methods was as high as 91.79% and 92.77%. Carbon agglutination method requires high antigen purity, rapid monitoring method, high accuracy, for the promotion of departmental applications.
