某汽车零件拉深深度大、表面质量高、型面复杂。由于拉深深度较大,一次拉深成形易在零件的底部圆角处产生裂纹,采用通常的冲孔、拉深、切边的成形工艺不能得到合格的零件。选定摩擦系数、预拉深压边力、拉深压边力和板料尺寸作为影响因素,将板料成形后的变形不充分率和起皱率作为目标,采用正交试验进行方案设计,并利用有限元软件对所设计的试验进行仿真分析,通过极差分析得出最优参数组合。采用冲孔、预拉、拉深、切边的成形工艺避免了裂纹产生,得到了合格的零件。
