研究了Bi(2223)/Ag高温超导带材的装管粉末的制备工艺。结果表明,烧结—压片—研磨的工艺过程重复三次,能得到成分均匀、以2212相为主的超导粉末,粉末的形貌以粒状晶粒为主,伴随少量针状晶粒。
The preparation process of tube powder for Bi (2223) / Ag high temperature superconducting tapes was studied. The results show that the sintering process, tabletting and grinding process are repeated three times to obtain a superconducting powder with uniform composition and predominantly 2212 phase. The morphology of the powders is mainly granular grains with a few acicular grains.
