错构瘤发生于肢体横纹肌较少见,尤其多发性更为罕见,国内尚未见报导,我院遇到一例,现报导如下: 患者,女,6岁,1981年5月某日其母给穿裙子时发现左下肢比较粗大,大腿及小腿各有一肿块。入院体检:左大腿中下段后侧有12×8cm肿块,园形,皮肤不红,边缘不清楚,中等硬度,与皮肤无粘连,表面光滑,不活动,无压痛。左小腿上段后内侧肿块为5×4cm,卵园 Hamatoma occurs rarely in the skeletal muscles of the limbs, and multiple events are more rare. It has not yet been reported in the country. One case has been reported in our hospital. The report is as follows: The patient, female, 6 years old, was born in May 1981. When the skirt was found, the left lower extremity was thick, and there was a lump in each of the thighs and calf. Admission examination: There is a 12×8cm mass on the back of the left lower thigh. The shape is garden-shaped, the skin is not red, the edges are not clear, the medium hardness, no adhesion to the skin, and the surface is smooth, inactive, and tender. The posterior medial mass in the upper leg of the left lower leg is 5 x 4 cm.
