记得美国人在《基业常青》中引用了中国的阴阳图,提出的概念是在不动摇一个伟大公司根基的同时,进行可以提高效率的变革。世界是在变化的,尤其在这个信息时代,在这个经济危机挑战老平衡、孕育新平衡的阶段。但这并不意味着我们要放弃追寻能经受时间考验的基本观念。对于一个企业来说,面临的问题往往不是缺乏新的管理思想,而是不能理解最基本的原则。
I remember that Americans quoted the Chinese yin and yang chart in “Ever Evergreen,” which put forward the concept of carrying out changes that can enhance efficiency while not shaking the foundation of a great company.
