提出了网络管理系统可持续建设的概念，并讨论了网络管理系统可持续建设有关的技术问题：基于ＮＳＰ体系结构网络管理和基于ＴＭＮ的开放网管系统结构，最后简单介绍了现状和下一步的发展方向。
Proposed the concept of sustainable development of network management system and discussed the technical problems related to the sustainable development of network management system: based on NSP architecture network management and TMN-based open network management system structure, and finally introduced the status quo and the next development direction.
