国外企业文化建设的成功之处 国外优秀企业都非常重视构筑企业文化,通过企业文化的渗透作用实现以人为本的柔性管理,达到企业持续发展的目标。由于各国国情不同,文化背景和意识形态的差异,造成了各国企业的企业文化在表现形式上有所差异,但通过比较又会发现,在这种外在差异的背后存在着许多共性。我们应充分吸取中国古代文化和外国企业文化的精华,逐步建立有中国特色、有企业特点的企业文化理论体系。
