研究了430不锈钢板材热轧态和950℃退火5 min后的金相组织特征、晶间腐蚀特征以及在酸性腐蚀介质中的浸泡腐蚀特征。结果表明,热轧态在酸性腐蚀介质中有较明显的分层腐蚀现象,而退火态则为均匀腐蚀。热轧态在0.5 mol/L H2SO4+0.01 mol/L KSCN溶液中有明显的晶间腐蚀倾向,而退火态晶间腐蚀现象消除。综合分析表明:实验用钢的腐蚀特征由碳化物条带所致。
The microstructure, intergranular corrosion characteristics and immersion corrosion characteristics of 430 stainless steel sheet after hot rolling and 950 ℃ annealing for 5 min were studied. The results show that there is a more obvious phenomenon of stratified corrosion in the hot-rolled state in acid corrosive media, while the uniform corrosion in the annealed state. Hot-rolled state in 0.5 mol / L H2SO4 + 0.01 mol / L KSCN solution has a significant intergranular corrosion tendency, and annealed intergranular corrosion phenomenon eliminated.
