玉米是我国主要粮食作物之一,种植范围很广,由于各地作物品种和气候条件不同,收获时玉米的水分有较大的差别,一般为20~25%。水分高的玉米呼吸作用旺盛,容易酸败变质,不宜长期储存,必须尽快将其水分降至14%以下,才能保证安全储藏。为此,每年要消耗大量的能源用于玉米干燥。尤其是东北地区,收获期气温已降到—10℃
Corn is one of the main food crops in our country. The planting range is very wide. Due to the different crop varieties and climatic conditions in different places, the moisture of corn at harvest is quite different, usually 20-25%.
