目的:探究环境因素对精子质量的影响。方法:选取374例男性作为研究对象,将其按照是否受环境影响分为2组,对照组200例(金属因素、农药、有机物质、温度影响各自50例),观察组174例(正常人群),取其精子进行对比分析。结果:对照组精子浓度为(58.15±40.21),高于观察组受金属元素影响(50.14±37.15)、农药影响(52.10±38.41)、有机物影响(51.25±37.24)、温度影响(52.01±38.00);对照组精子活性为(22.31±2.34),优于观察组受金属因素影响(19.42±2.10)、农药影响(20.14±2.31)、有机物影响(19.87±2.20)、温度影响(20.30±2.42)。结论:受环境因素影响的男性精子存活率相对较低,未受环境因素影响者,精子质量明显较好,因此临床上应针对环境因素对精子质量的影响做相应措施与研究。
Objective: To explore the environmental factors on sperm quality. Methods: A total of 374 males were selected as study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to whether they were affected by environmental factors or not. 200 cases (metal factors, pesticides, organic matter and temperature were affected respectively), and 174 cases (normal subjects) , Take their sperm for comparative analysis. Results: The concentration of sperm in control group was (58.15 ± 40.21), which was higher than that in observation group (50.14 ± 37.15), pesticide (52.10 ± 38.41), organic matter (51.25 ± 37.24) and temperature (52.01 ± 38.00) (22.31 ± 2.34) in the control group, which was better than that of the observation group (19.42 ± 2.10), the pesticide (20.14 ± 2.31), the organic matter (19.87 ± 2.20) and the temperature (20.30 ± 2.42). Conclusion: The survival rate of male sperm under the influence of environmental factors is relatively low. Without the influence of environmental factors, the sperm quality is obviously better. Therefore, we should make corresponding measures and research on the influence of environmental factors on sperm quality.
