自我国进入WTO以来,企业集团化的发展已经成为社会的需要。我国企业普遍遭受传统社会观念的影响、企业非物质性经济要素的相对落后、管理模式不成熟,营销网络不够强大、职业经理短缺,人力资源匮乏等等问题。为此,企业适度规模下多元发展、适度控制规模,分散经营风险、加强外部资源的整合力度等等可以加强企业集团化的管理。
Since China entered the WTO, the development of enterprise group has become a social need. Chinese enterprises generally suffer from the impact of traditional social concepts, the relative backwardness of non-material economic elements of enterprises, immature management models, the marketing network is not strong enough, the lack of professional managers, lack of human resources and so on. To this end, the diversified development of enterprises under modest scale, the moderation of scale, the diversification of operational risks, the enhancement of the integration of external resources, and the like can strengthen the management of enterprise groups.
