目的观察急性轻、中度缺氧对人眼色觉对比敏感度的影响。方法健康青年12名,采用低压氧舱模拟低压缺氧环境(轻度缺氧3 000 m,中度缺氧4 500 m),分别在实验前(海拔300 m)及低压氧模拟3 000 m和4 500 m高度,采用色觉对比敏感度检查仪,受试者配镜至最佳矫正视力,坐于距测试屏1.5 m处,双眼平视测试屏,遮挡右眼,选择青光眼色觉对比度检测模块,嘱受试者固视中心红点,回答颜色条出现的象限,主试者根据回答对错进行输入,直至测试结束,截屏保存结果。结果受试者12名中有2名在实验中出现缺氧症状,给予及时吸氧后症状缓解,其数据予以剔除。10名受试者在实验前(平静状态)、3 000 m(指脉血氧饱和度达到稳定)和4 500 m(脉血氧饱和度达到稳定)总体色觉对比敏感度阈值分别为(1.33±0.16)%,(1.51±0.19)%和(1.76±0.24)%。随着高度增加,受试者总体色觉对比敏感度阈值呈逐渐升高趋势;各象限色觉对比敏感度阈值也呈相应逐渐升高趋势。结论缺氧可影响人眼色觉对比敏感度,随着缺氧程度增加,色觉对比敏感度下降。
Objective To observe the effect of acute light and moderate hypoxia on contrast sensitivity of human eye color vision. Methods 12 young healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. They were simulated hypobaric hypoxia (mild hypoxia 3000 m and moderate hypoxia 4500 m) by using hypobaric oxygen chamber. Before the experiment (altitude 300 m) 4 500 m height, using color contrast contrast sensitivity tester, subjects to best corrected visual acuity, sitting at a distance of 1.5 m from the test screen, binocular test screen, cover the right eye, glaucoma color contrast detection module Subjects fixed the center of the red dot, answer the quadrant of the color bar appears, the main subject according to the answer to the wrong input, until the end of the test, screenshots save the results. Results Two out of 12 subjects showed symptoms of hypoxia during the experiment, and the symptoms were relieved after timely oxygen inhalation, and the data were removed. The sensitivity thresholds of total color vision of 10 subjects before (calm), 3 000 m (mean saturation of pulse oximetry) and 4 500 m (pulse oximetry stability) were (1.33 ± 0.16)%, (1.51 ± 0.19)% and (1.76 ± 0.24)%. With the increase of height, the contrast sensitivity threshold of subjects’ overall color contrast gradually increases; and the contrast sensitivity threshold of each color of quadrants increases correspondingly. Conclusions Hypoxia can affect the contrast sensitivity of human ocular vision. With the increase of hypoxia, the sensitivity of color vision contrast decreases.
