目的了解云南少数民族地区大学生的人际关系现状、师生关系现状,以及师生关系对人际关系的影响状况进行研究,以便对他们有效的人际交往进行有效指导。方法使用2个针对大学生群体的人际关系、师生关系量表,对来自云南少数民族地区5所高等院校的761名大学生进行了调查研究。结果①人际状况不良的比例为6.4%,师生人际状况不良的为2.6%;②师生关系与性别(t=3.26,P=0.001)和年级差异有关(F=5.663,P<0.01);③师生关系对人际关系产生了显著影响(F=115.41,P<0.001)。结论云南民族地区大学生人际关系以及师生关系总体良好;大学生的师生关系水平对其总体的人际关系具有重要的影响。
Objective To understand the status quo of interpersonal relationships among undergraduates in Yunnan ethnic minority areas, the current status of teacher-student relationship and the impact of teacher-student relationship on interpersonal relationships so as to effectively guide their effective interpersonal relationships. Methods Two interpersonal relationships and teacher-student relationship scales were used to investigate 761 college students from 5 colleges and universities in Yunnan’s ethnic minority areas. Results ① The interpersonal malnutrition rate was 6.4%, and the interpersonal and teacher interpersonal relationship was 2.6%. ② The relationship between teachers and students was related to the grade difference (t = 3.26, P = 0.001) and grade difference (F = 5.663, P <0.01). ③ teacher-student relationship has a significant impact on interpersonal relationships (F = 115.41, P <0.001). Conclusion The interpersonal relationships and the relationship between teachers and students in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan are generally good. The relationship between college students and teachers has an important impact on their overall interpersonal relationships.
