传染性红斑系发病于学龄儿童的一种少见的传染病,成人患者更为少见。1978年12月～1979年2月,我院儿科共诊治本病约200例,其中成人4例,现举1例讨论如下。患者徐某,女性,22岁,护士。因面部及双股内侧红斑3天,于1978年12月31日来诊。患者于3天前面部发紧、轻微烧灼及痒感,后发现面部及双股内侧均有大片红斑,且伴低烧,余无异常感觉。病前有接触传染性红斑病人史,无服药史。既往健康。
