自1986年起,笔者应用改制的电烙铁(即电烙针),治疗寻常疣40例,收到满意疗效,现报告如下。一般资料本组男16例,女24例。年龄14～47岁。病程1个月～7年。疣数最多12个,疣体多为黄豆大小。分布多少依次为手背、颜面和手指。材料及方法以20瓦电烙铁,配用尖端如针的锥型烙铁头(均为吉林市无线电四厂生产),并将其近尖端略弯曲成角,以利操作。治疗时,接通电源预热两分钟,烙针尖即达到需要热度(略高于锡熔点232℃)。常规消毒皮肤,术者执笔式持电烙针,并以针锋自疣顶中心直刺
