防治煤自燃的新型复合阻化剂研究及应用

为提高现有阻化剂的阻化效果,根据阻化剂在防治煤自燃方面的特点及要求,确定了由水、基料、填料及助剂经加热配制而成的新型复合阻化剂.该阻化剂的基料采用高分子物质,填料采用质量比10:4:1的Ca Cl2、Mg Cl2、Na Cl卤盐复合物,助剂包括速凝剂、表面活性剂、增稠剂.研究结果表明:与现有常用的阻化剂相比,该阻化剂具有阻化效率高、稳定性好、凝固时间短、抵抗风化氧化强等特性.通过现场应用表明该阻化剂可有效防治煤自燃. In order to improve the resistance of the existing retardant, according to the characteristics and requirements of the retardant in the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal, a new composite retardant made of water, base material, filler and auxiliary was prepared. The base material of the retardant is made of macromolecule material, the filler is Ca Cl2, Mg Cl2, Na Cl salt compound in the mass ratio of 10: 4: 1, and the accelerant includes a quick-setting admixture, a surfactant and a thickener. The results show that: Compared with the existing commonly used retarding agent, the retarding agent has the characteristics of high resistance, high stability, short solidification time and strong resistance to weathering and oxidation, etc. The inhibitor is effective in field application Prevent spontaneous combustion of coal.
