结合本厂生产的汽车大梁钢板的质量分析,我们对16Mn和12MnPRE等钢作了磷偏析的金相检验,为验证试验结果,对磷偏析的检验方法做了多方面的对比试验。并在大冶钢厂钢研所的帮助下做了电子探针分析。试验结果证实了所采用的磷偏析金相检验方法是正确的。现将试验方法及鉴定结果介绍如下。一试样和试剂试样化学成份及取样钢材的尺寸列于表1。试剂成份的组成列于表2。
In combination with the quality analysis of automobile girder steel plates produced by our factory, metallurgical tests of phosphorus segregation of 16Mn and 12MnPRE steel were made. In order to verify the test results, a comparative test on various aspects of the phosphorus segregation test was made. And in Daye Steel Steel Institute with the help of electronic probe analysis done. The test results confirm that the phosphorus segregation metallographic examination method used is correct. Now test methods and identification results are as follows. A sample and reagent sample chemical composition and size of the sample steel are shown in Table 1. The composition of the reagent components is listed in Table 2.
