本研究对从中间偃麦草与小麦杂种后代中选育的小偃麦种质系 GP143,在进行白粉病和条锈病抗性鉴定的基础上 ,对其进行了细胞学和 RAPD鉴定。结果证明 GP143兼抗白粉病和条锈病 ,其根尖细胞染色体数为 4 2 ,花粉母细胞减数分裂中期 I(PMC MI)染色体构型为 2 n=2 1 ,在它与小麦的杂种 F1PMC MI染色体构型中 ,常观察到四价体 ;对 GP143及其双亲进行 RAPD分析 ,从 4 0个随机引物中筛选出 4个引物能够扩增出中间偃麦草亲本的特异 DNA片段。初步确定 GP143是一个小偃麦易位系
In this study, the germplasm of G. triticina germplasm GP143, which was selected from the progenies of the middle and the offspring of wheat, were identified by cytology and RAPD based on the identification of resistance to powdery mildew and stripe rust. The results showed that the chromosome number of GP143 and powdery mildew and stripe rust was 4 2 and the chromosome number of pollen mother cell metaphase I (PMC MI) was 2 n = 2 1.
