近年来,随着科技的发展,统计过程控制显得尤为重要。统计过程控制能够确保整个工作过程持续稳定,有利于提高产品质量、降低产品生产成本,并且为控制分析提供依据。更重要的是一旦产生问题,统计过程控制就可以为采取局部措施和系统措施提供科学指南。本文回顾了统计过程控制的整个发展历程,解释了统计过程控制,了解了统计质量控制和统计性能监控是统计过程控制的两种不同方法,最后描述了统计过程控制的发展趋势。
In recent years, with the development of science and technology, statistical process control is particularly important. Statistical process control can ensure that the entire work process is sustained and stable, which is beneficial to improve product quality, reduce product production costs, and provide basis for control analysis. More importantly, once a problem arises, statistical process control can provide a scientific guide for taking local measures and systematic measures. This paper reviews the entire history of statistical process control, explains the statistical process control, understands the statistical quality control and statistical performance monitoring are two different methods of statistical process control, and finally describes the development trend of statistical process control.
