本试验旨在研究保育料中添加酶菌复合制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道微生物和血清免疫指标的影响。试验选择108头健康的33日龄杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每重复6头仔猪(公、母各半)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组饲喂基础饲粮+100 mg/kg杆菌肽锌+50 mg/kg硫酸粘杆菌素+100 mg/kg喹乙醇;酶菌复合制剂组饲喂基础饲粮+0.5 g/kg酶菌复合制剂(啤酒酵母菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、碱性蛋白酶等)。结果表明:酶菌复合制剂对断奶仔猪的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和饲料转化率没有显著影响(P>0.05);酶菌复合制剂组与对照组相比肠道乳酸菌含量增加,大肠杆菌含量降低,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);酶菌复合制剂组球蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),白蛋白/球蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05),胰岛素样生长因子-1含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),血清总蛋白和免疫球蛋白Ig G有增加趋势(0.05≤P<0.01)。综上所述,饲料中添酶菌复合制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能及肠道微生物没有显著影响,但能影响部分血清生化及免疫指标,在一定程度上提高了断奶仔猪的免疫力。
The purpose of this study was to study the effect of adding enzyme complex in the nursery material on the growth performance, gut microbiota and serum immune index of weaned piglets. A total of 108 healthy piglets aged 33 days were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 6 replicates and 6 piglets per replicate (male and female respectively). The control group was fed the basal diet, and the antibiotic group was fed basal diet +100 mg / kg bacitracin +50 mg / kg colistin sulfate +100 mg / kg olaquindox; +0.5 g / kg enzyme complex (brewer’s yeast, Bacillus licheniformis, alkaline protease, etc.). The results showed that there was no significant difference in the final weight, average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed conversion of the weaned piglets (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, (P> 0.05). The content of globulin in the enzyme complex preparation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), and albumin / globulin was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The content of insulin - like growth factor - 1 was significantly higher than that of other groups (P <0.05). The levels of serum total protein and immunoglobulin Ig G were also increased (0.05≤P <0.01). In conclusion, the compound enzyme-instilled diet compound has no significant effect on the growth performance and intestinal micro-organism of weanling piglets, but can affect some serum biochemical and immune indicators, to a certain extent, improve the immunity of weaned piglets.
